Return Policy: Our records are thoroughly checked and in mint condition when prepared for shipping. We take time and expertly package every order and therefore we will not be held responsible for items which are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping. This includes any minor cosmetic damage such as dings, bends, split inserts etc. In addition, while we make every effort to provide customers with the variant they have chosen we cannot guarantee that in some instances you will receive a variant of a record which is different then you have ordered. At times we experience overages or shortages from the pressing plant and other minor issues which causes the number of available variants of a record to change.

Furthermore while we try to adhere to a tight release schedule there are times when we experience delays which are beyond our control. This may cause an item you have order to be delivered at a date later then anticipated, or you may receive a partial order and we will ship delayed merchandise to you at a later date for no additional charge.
